Trail Dog Software continues to help build the entire software suite for a boutique prop trading firm that specializes in market-making financial derivatives. The suite supports three front-office applications and many backend services, distributed across over 20 servers and personal computers spanning from coast to coast. Everything from the front-office applications to the proprietary mathematical models are custom built in the firm’s image.

Key Applications

  • Wingman → Integrates with a third-party trading platform and acts as a control center for automated trading and market-making algorithms. Provides historical and current volatility and theoretical option price analytics.

  • Option Ticker → Filters and displays market option trades and quotes on those trades to the user as desired.

  • Watchdog → Monitors each trader’s incoming trades and positions for in-depth analysis.
